YOUTH OF ONTARIO WILL NOT BE HELD BACK!! WE WILL KEEP PRESSING THROUGH TO REVIVAL!!!

Thank you Jesus for your protection over our youth of Ontario!!! Thank you for your blessings and anointing over our youth of Ontario....Thank you Lord for the outreach that you put in our hearts to go out and Preach and spread your word to those who need it! God has truly been calling our youth to a deeper walk with him and teaching our youth how to go and share this Gospel we have with others that deeply need it! We are standing on Gods promises!!! Putting him first in all that we do! We will go out and work for the Lord! Together we will stand as one and watch his promises unfold one by one.Thank you Jesus for Jeffrey and Kristy Rowell that through YOU lead us in the direction that is pleasing to you LORD...THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!

When you put God first we get results that are AWESOME!

Where do we begin....God has been so good to us....Pastor is calling our church to a deeper level of prayer! We are seeing Gods power in every church service it is so awesome! In this day and hour we need God more then ever! When we come to church and give God all our praise no matter what the case it at home, work, school....Leave it at the door of Gods house and come in praising, worshiping God just because he is worthy! Why else do we come to church but to put Him first and give Him praise ohhhhhhh and the rewards we get when we put Him first!!!!! We get Peace that passes all understanding, Love that conquers all, Healing in our hearts, minds, & body!! Jesus pours out His blessings when our praises go up!! Its such a treat from Him His Joy His anointing His shakana glory that He gives while we worship......We can dance like David danced and praise and worship in one mind one accord! Yes, we at Calvary Apostolic Church know first hand.....Pastor has been so right on and listening to what God wants and below are just a few pictures of how God rewards a church that listens to what he wants!!! about 40 of us couldn't go home one night after service God was in the HOUSE! Those who stayed God had such a treat for us.....it was indescribable...walls were torn down, hearts were healed! Anyone that was in the church at this time was in the spirit of GOD....Kristy Rowell was on the keyboard and was so anointed, Michael was on the drums and played like never before....Jeffrey Rowell was singing in Spanish you can tell God was definitely in control...THANK YOU JESUS for YOUR ANOINTING AND BLESSINGS!!!!!!

God is doing GREAT things!

We also want to say we’re so proud our two newest babies in the Lord….. Ariana and Linda…. These two young ladies are such a blessing to our Church and we know God is doing a mighty work in their lives….. Girls we just want you to know…. We’re so proud of you!!!! Let God complete the work he has started….
We love you guys!!!! It’s just the beginning…..

Young people we have to much to be thankful for….. let’s go for it!!!! God is pouring out his spirit in a mighty way and we don’t want to miss anything that God is doing! God has his hand upon our youth group and is calling us to a deeper walk with him….The excitement is in the air! Love you guys!!!!

GOD IS GOOD......ALL THE TIME!

God is so good!!!! Our Church is experiencing a “call to prayer” that is life changing…. Not only is God moving in a powerful way in our Church, but God is dealing with individuals in our Church and calling them to a deeper walk…. It’s so awesome and exciting!!!! This past Sunday were two unbelievable services….. God moved in our midst Sunday morning in the deepest way….. No one wanted to leave the presence of God…. People were slain in the alters until after 1:00 p.m. – the move of God was indescribable! As the words began to be sung…. “Touch me Lord, one more time with your spirit….. Touch me Lord one more time with your power…… you have touched me so many times before….. Lord, I’m asking you once more…..to reach down and touch me one more time….. The Holy Ghost settled into that sanctuary and it was as if God sat there in the midst of his people as the anointing flowed….. then it did stop there…. Sunday night was another power move of God…. We were so honored to have Bro. Mantooth in service with us….. Thank you Bro. Mantooth for being so sensitive and ministering to our Church…..….Sunday night was a carry over from what God had done in the A.M. service….. God’s presence filled our Church again in a very deep way….. Sunday morning and Sunday night were life changing services….Our hearts are filled with gratitude for the way God moved in both of these services…..Thank you Jesus!!!!!

Peak is almost here!

Since the Esther Drama – so much has happened it’s hard to know where to begin….. We are so excited to announce that the plane tickets for Peak 2009 have been purchased!!!!! When it came time to purchase the tickets we were able to reserve 25 tickets!!!!! We can’t wait to be a part of this exciting youth convention!!!! Our youth group is anticipating what God is going to do through these powerful services…..

The Esther Drama was a hit and is back.....

We are looking forward to performing the Esther Drama again tomorrow night…..Everyone is welcome to come…. The cost is $10 and this includes dessert and coffee at intermission – the drama begins at 8 p.m………You won’t want to miss this exciting event! We have invited several Church’s in the area and are planning on a full house….. I’m sure we will perform the drama again so the Church’s that can’t make it this weekend will be able to see it….. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there! We had many visitors when we performed Valentine’s weekend and they loved it!

The Young People Honor our Pastor and First Lady

Last Monday night was a special night for our youth group…. The young people put their heads together and wanted to do something special for our Pastor and First Lady…..the way everything turned out was so touching…. We invited our Pastor and First Lady to our prayer meeting, but didn’t reveal what we had planned….. Prayer started at 7:00 as usual and there was an awesome spirit of prayer….. Our Youth leader got up and spoke to the youth and then explained to our Pastor and First Lady that we had set this night out to honor them for all they do….. One by one the young people came and expressed their love and appreciation to our Pastor and First Lady….. the testimonies were so beautiful and many tears were shed while young people poured their hearts out… Some of the testimonies just blew your mind…. You never know what is in a young persons heart until they start to express what God has been doing or has been dealing with them about. Several reminisced how our Pastor and his wife were there for them in their darkest days whether it be losing parents and loved ones or the day they found out their parents were divorcing…… everyone that spoke and what was said was such a blessing…..

We know that Pastor appreciation is in the month of October, but this is something our young people wanted to do and we don’t have to wait til October to honor the Man of God and his wife. After each young person spoke the youth department presented Bro. & Sis. Clark with a beautiful framed picture of them and Bro. Price. They also presented a gift card to one of their favorite restaurants….. then we all headed into the gym for refreshments. Thank you Sis. Robinson for making the delicious homemade banana pudding…. Wow……that was gone quick!

Youth Prayer on Monday nights

We have been so blessed by our Monday night Youth Prayer…. We are forever indebted to the Lord for allowing us to feel his presence time and time again…. Throughout this past year we have had some life changing prayer meetings and we want the Lord to know – we are so thankful! Thank you Jesus for meeting with us on Monday nights….. this past Monday night was no exception…. All day Monday you could feel this expectancy and you couldn’t wait to get to Youth Prayer…….Our youth leader wanted to start this prayer meeting out a little different…. We usually pray in our conference room, but our youth leader wanted us to pray in the main sanctuary….. We started out with some praise & worship and the Holy Ghost began to move right away….. it felt as if the Lord was just waiting on us to give him our praise so HE could do what HE does best by pouring out HIS spirit….. Since we had such a move of God on Sunday night – it was as if the anointing was still lingering in the sanctuary….. it was so powerful! Then our youth leader had a phone list of our congregation setting on the pulpit and asked every young person to pick out a member or family and go to where they sit in the Church and pray for that seat….. God honored our Youth Leader’s request and the Holy Ghost began to move in a powerful way…… The presence of God was moving on everyone and no one wanted to leave….. We never want to take Monday nights for granted..... Thank the Lord for your goodness and blessing our youth group….. We are so grateful for your many blessings! Get ready young people there’s no telling what God wants to do next Monday night…… We love you all!!!

Sunday Night Was Awesome

If you missed last night – get the CD! The service was unexplainable…. You could feel this expectancy as we started the service and as the praise team started to sing – the Holy Ghost started to move….. Before the choir sang – there was this wave that washed over the entire congregation and you knew that God was about to do something mighty….. As our Pastor got up to preach you could feel that God was not finished moving in our midst…. Our Pastor preached under a strong and anointing and toward the end he asked that we find a child and pray with that child…. The service began to break wide open and the Holy Ghost started doing a work…. Everywhere you looked children had their hands raised and tears were streaming down their cheeks…. And those that don’t have the Holy Ghost were seeking for it…. all you could do was weep as you looked around at these precious children reaching out to God…. But you know how God works – it did not just stay on the children…. Everyone was reaching out and getting a touch…. As you looked around the Church God was moving on everyone…. At that point our Youth Leader got up and told a vision that one of the young people had and once again another wave swept over us as we were rejoicing for what God is doing…. Some didn’t leave the Church until 11 p.m. – you didn’t want to leave the presence of God…We’re so THANKFUL for what God is doing…. There were two of the children that just couldn’t get enough…. Madison Rowell and Seth Clark…. Seth and Madi prayed earnestly for the Holy Ghost and were so close…. It’s just a matter of time they will be speaking in tongues….. it was so touching to watch them as the tears flowed down their little cheeks….. after the service Seth kept saying, I feel great! Logan Rowell was baptized in Jesus name last night also….. God is doing something with our children…Thank you Jesus!

No Limits - 2009

This conference was so inspiring!!!! The preaching was dynamic and the move of God was powerful! Not only were many prayers answered during this conference, but our Pastor received a specific word from the Lord! On Thursday Bro. Cody Marks came to our Pastor and his wife and prophesied over them….Thank you Bro. Marks for being sensitive and allowing God to use you to minister to our Pastor and wife…. Get ready Church God is going to answer our prayers and fulfill the promises. Just remember what was preached on Friday night – “I refuse to lose” God called our Pastor to the city of Ontario and God is going to bring the dreams and visions to pass…. This is OUR city so let’s go for it…. Thank you Bro. Marks for encouraging our Pastor to take authority over our city and see the promises come to pass…. Get ready young people!

Youth Lock In

On March 27th we had our Youth Lock in – what a blast! We played some crazy games and did a whole lot of laughing…. Thanks to Jimmy and Jeffrey – all the games were a huge success…. We are looking forward to our next Lock in – since our gym is still set up for the Ester drama the activities were limited. Just wait for the next one… we have some awesome planned…. Monsters will be provided :)

WEST COAST YOUTH CONFERENCE

Young People let’s not forget the annual West Coast Youth Conference held at Truth Tabernacle in Bloomington – Pastor Frazier… Tonight’s service starts at 7:00 with prayer and service at 7:30 p.m. tonight Bro. Jonathan Kendrick, who pastors in Lompoc, will be preaching and tomorrow night Bro. Tim Copeland will be preaching. Following the service will be a youth fellowship including basketball, volleyball and fellowship… food will be provided…. If you’re interesting in purchasing something from the snack bar please bring extra money.

We will be meeting at our Church if you want to ride together….at 6:30pm…. We look forward to this weekend – hope everyone can make it.

JESUS WAS IN THE HOUSE!!!

Wow last night service was tremendous! Brother Buxton called Pastor Clark and told him that God gave him a message for our church family and our children. It always amazes me how God brings someone to give us a word right when we need it! Bro Buxton came and preached an awesome message to our church..I can not even describe in words what we all felt! God's presence was so strong in the services it brought us strait down to our knees on our face weeping and basking in his presence....He was God sent!! what he preached hit home to all of our families in the church! God used Bro. Buxton to speak to Pastor Clark and Sister Clark and others in the church. We has a body of Christ came together as one last night and prayed for our Pastor and Sister Clark....The bond that was put in our church was a bond from GOD! He preached on how we should not disobey or disrespect the man of God but to trust that he is going to lead us in the right direction. He preached how our children these days need us to restrict them from the things of this world more now then ever and that GOD is going to fill our church.. I can go on and on that's how awesome it was!

GOD definitely filled our cups last night and gave us the strength we need to run this race as a family united!!!!!

UPDATE ON THE DRAMA

THANK YOU JESUS it was a SUCCESS!!!!!! More than expected came....so many visitors came it was AWESOME! Jeffrey and I want to thank all the youth who participated in acting, serving, and making all of the visitors feel welcomed. Many of the visitors were stating how welcomed they felt and you were all sweet! THANK YOU WE LOVE YOU!

We would also like to thank everyone else that helped put this together within two weeks. MOM you did an awesome job with the costumes and setting up. Dad and the boys thanks so much for building the stage!

This was such a huge success we will be continuing the play for a couple of more weeks a few churches have requested we play it for them! THANK YOU JESUS!

We are so excited for our dinner theatre tonight in CAT Gym. It is unbelievable how it all came together and the stage that was built it looks awesome. Here are some pictures of the rehearsal.

SCC CONFERENCE WAS AWESOME!

February 5 & 6 was Southern California Commission hosted by and held at our Church…. What an awesome time we had!!! The Holy Ghost moved in a powerful way…. All the messages fit together so perfectly…. The presence of God swept through our midst and ministered in such a awesome way…. Friday night was so incredible…. We were so blessed that Bro. & Sis. Bertram oversaw all the music and their choir came and ministered in song…. Wow, talk about annointed…. We all love Bro. Bertram’s song leading and without fail he did an incredible job! He has so much energy and the ability he has to lead the congregation in worship is so powerful….Thank you Bro. and Sis. Bertram and Faith Mountain Pentecostal Church….. We’re just so grateful for the way God moved at the conference!

We were so honored to have Elder Paul Price with us at the conference as well…. He spoke on Thursday evening…. Just to hear the Elder speak was such a blessing…. The greatest part about the weekend was, Elder Price was able to stay the weekend at our Church…. We had two powerful services… He had a specific message for our Church and we were ready to hear what the Lord wanted to tell us….. Our Church soaked up what he had to say and we are still feeling the affect from Sunday…. We love you Bro. Price – you will always hold a special place in our hearts….

Then this past Wednesday night we were so blessed to have Bro. Hood…. We love this family so much! The service was so amazing! Bro. Hood is always welcome at our Church and he will always be very special to our Pastor and Church family…. Bro. Hood we are continuing to pray for complete healing and restoration in Sis. Hoods body…. God knows what he’s doing and we have watched as you are continuing to place your trust in God no matter what adversity comes your way…. As you preached about Job on Wednesday night we couldn’t help but think how your faith is being tested…. Just remember our Church is holding your family up in prayer and we know God will have his perfect way…. We love you Bro. Hood!

God is so good and we are so thankful for all that HE’S doing in our Church…. Test and trials are going to come, but just remember what doesn’t break you just makes you stronger…. God has been moving in such a powerful way in our services and we can feel that HIS hand is upon our Church…. Just remember what Bro. Phil White said when he just recently ministered at our Church, "it always pays to stay loyal to your Church and loyal to the Man of God"…. Let’s keep our spirits right and make sure our attitudes are in alignment with God’s ways…. We are in this together and we’ve been given so many precious promises….No matter what discouragements try to come – we just keep focused! God has so many great things in store….. Get ready because God is pouring out his spirit! Can’t wait til the drama….

January Youth Snow Trip

Even though we don’t have pics…. January 31st was our Annual snow trip…… Unfortunately Jeffrey forgot his camera on the way out the door for the snow trip, but the youth had a blast spending the day at the snow…. Even though there’s no pictures to enjoy… the youth can’t stop talking about how much fun they had spending time with each other and sliding down the hill on their inter tubes…. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

LOVE CONQUERS ALL

Here are a few scriptures on LOVE...let us all do our best to show more love to our families, church, neighbors, co-workers. LOVE is a powerful tool if you allow it in your heart and show it LOVE changes situations. If its towards your mother, father, sister brother, or friends lets try to do a little something extra for them to show them how much you do love and care for them! As the saying goes ... LOVE DOES CONQUER ALL........

We will be doing a drama called "SUCH A TIME AS THIS" for all our loved ones on February 13 2009. We are so excited it will be a dinner theatre in our church gym.

ONTARIO YOUTH CHRISTMAS PARTY

We had such a blast with our youth. GOOD FELLOWSHIP, FOOD & GAMES. We had a game of pictionary and the boys won. The girls had to sing us a christmas carol. It was a blast. Thanks to all our youth who came.
